Legion Home completely changed the game with the way we pay and train our reps. If you set a good appointment, but it doesn't close, you shouldn't be penalized for that - you should be compensated.
Therefore, if a setter sets an appointment that meets our qualified set criterion, you will be paid THAT NIGHT, regardless if the appointment closes or not.
